Our seasonal festbier is lightly hopped with German Tettnang for a touch of floral spice to balance the bready malt sweetness. Brewed with salmon-safe Bavarian Pilsner and Munich Malt grown and malted in Washington by LINC Malting.

Linc Pilsner, malted and flaked oats provide a pillowy base for this tropical citrus forward hazy pale. Showcasing Cashmere Cryo, the hop profile is dense with citrus, pineapple, and lime.

Hops: Wakatu, Cashmere, Cashmere Cryo, Citra

A throwback to dank and resinous Northwest IPAs. Brewed with Washington grown and malted Pilsner malt. Hopped generously with a combination of Chinook Cryo, Cascade, and Citra for a classic piney Northwest hop character. Left unfiltered for maximum hop aroma.

A simple malt bill of Pilsner, English pale malt, and flaked corn provides a crisp and refreshing summer lager! The subtle spice of German Tradition hops balances the touch of sweetness provided by the flaked corn. A perfect patio beer.

A traditional pilsner brewed with 100% ingredients grown in the PNW. Left unfiltered for a soft mouthfeel and maximum hop aroma. Produced with salmon-safe Pilsner grown and malted in Washington by LINC Malting. Oregon grown US-Saaz provides a bright and floral hop character.

Our fresh hopped brett Saison was built through friendship. The yeast was collected from a friend's backyard in Seattle while the hops were grown and hand picked in Bellingham by our good friend and trivia host, Justin. This Saison is dry and crisp with an incredibly complex nose. Notes of clove, bubblegum and pineapple with a hint of funk and subtle citrus and pine from the addition of the Cascade wet hops. It's delicately balanced and manages to showcase equal parts Saison and wet hop.
